Mobile Streams Reports Warrant Exercise and Share Update

Mobile Streams (GB:MOS) has released an update.

Mobile Streams plc recently announced the exercise of 211,939,161 warrants at 0.15p each, resulting in £317,899 in proceeds for the company. Consequently, the same number of new ordinary shares were issued, bringing the total issued share capital to 7,846,055,124 ordinary shares. Shareholders are advised to use this new figure as the denominator for any required notifications under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
