Mobico Group Plc (GB:MCG) has released an update.
Mobico Group Plc has announced committee changes, confirming Enrique Dupuy de Lome Chávarri as the new Chair of the Audit Committee effective from 11 June 2024. Enrique will also join the Nominations Committee following the departure of Mike McKeon, who is stepping down after nearly nine years of service. The company expressed gratitude for McKeon’s contributions and wished him well for the future.
