Mobeus Income & Growth VCT has successfully implemented a merger of its four companies into two, following shareholder approval at general meetings. Shareholders of the liquidated companies received new shares in the surviving entities, MIG and I&G, with trading of these shares set to commence on the London Stock Exchange on 29 July 2024. Additionally, the companies announced that their offers for subscription are now unconditional and will open on 2 September 2024.
