MND, a French company specializing in cable mobility and leisure infrastructures, has announced a public tender offer by majority shareholder L&M Infra at €0.90 per share, a premium price aimed at acquiring the remaining 2.18% of MND’s capital and theoretical voting rights. The offer, which is open from June 17 to June 28, 2024, has been deemed fair for minority shareholders and will be followed by a mandatory withdrawal from the Euronext Growth market.
