MMA Offshore Limited (AU:MRM) has released an update.
MMA Offshore Limited shareholders have overwhelmingly approved the acquisition of the company by Cyan MMA Holdings Pty Limited, with 92.3% of votes in favor. The approval moves the scheme of arrangement forward, with a Federal Court hearing scheduled for July 10, 2024, to finalize the acquisition. If all goes as planned, the implementation of the scheme is set to occur on July 25, 2024.
