MMA Offshore Limited has announced the successful acquisition of its shares by Cyan MMA Holdings Pty Limited, following the Federal Court of Australia’s approval. The trading of MMA shares will be suspended from the ASX after market close on July 11, 2024. Shareholders can expect the Scheme Consideration to be implemented and paid by July 25, 2024.
