MJ Gleeson PLC announced that Chairman James Thomson and CFO Stefan Allanson exercised share options for 46,153 ordinary shares under the company’s Long Term Incentive Plan. Following this, Allanson sold 8,409 shares to cover tax liabilities. The new shares will be listed on the London Stock Exchange, increasing the total voting shares to 58,428,126.
