Mitsubishi UFJ Secures Stake in Karoon Energy

Karoon Energy Ltd (AU:KAR) has released an update.

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. has become a substantial holder in Karoon Energy Ltd, now wielding a 5.33% voting power through 42,326,572 fully paid ordinary shares. The company has also disclosed relevant interests in securities held by Morgan Stanley and First Sentier Investors Holdings Pty Limited, with voting powers of over 20% and 100% respectively.
