Mitre Mining Corporation Limited has announced the appointment of David Southam as a director, effective from April 17, 2024. Southam’s interests include his spouse Lynnette Edwards holding 142,857 fully paid ordinary shares, and he is poised to receive 1.5 million performance rights subject to shareholder approval and certain vesting conditions. These rights are part of the company’s Employee Securities Incentive Plan and will vest over a period up to February 19, 2027, upon achieving specific service milestones and share price targets.
