Mitie Group plc (GB:MTO) has released an update.
Mitie Group plc has announced the buyback of 500,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 117 GBp per share, a move that will lead to the cancellation of these shares. This action is part of the company’s previously disclosed Share Buyback Programme initiated on 15 April 2024. Post transaction, Mitie’s total number of shares in issue will stand at 1,323,255,026, excluding shares held in treasury.
