Mithril’s New Director David Toyoda Holds No Shares

Mithril Resources Ltd (AU:MTH) has released an update.

Mithril Silver and Gold Limited has disclosed that new appointee David Toyoda, who joined the company’s board on September 20, 2024, currently holds no securities in the company. The initial director’s interest notice submitted to the ASX outlines that Toyoda has neither direct nor indirect registered securities in Mithril, nor does he have interests in any contracts related to the company.
