The Good Clinic LLC was informed of a wrongful termination lawsuit filed by a former employee on June 23, 2022, which the clinic considers baseless. Although Mitesco was not named in the lawsuit, the company has settled the claim for $3,000 and anticipates the case’s dismissal. Concurrently, Mitesco is resolving other legal issues related to closing its clinic operations and expects to settle all pending litigation within the quarter. Settlements typically involve consent judgments with deferred payment terms, and further details will be disclosed in the upcoming Form 10Q report.
