Mitchells & Butlers Directors Buy Shares

Mitchells & Butlers (GB:MAB) has released an update.

Mitchells & Butlers PLC has announced that three of its directors, Phil Urban, Tim Jones, and Andrew Freeman, have each purchased partnership shares at a price of £2.385 per share. The transactions, involving 58 shares for Urban and Freeman and 57 shares for Jones, occurred on the London Stock Exchange on April 25, 2024. This move reflects a vote of confidence from the directors in the company’s future.
