Mission Produce (AVO) just unveiled an announcement.
Mission Produce, Inc. has announced the appointment of John Pawlowski as the new President and Chief Operating Officer, starting April 1, 2024. Pawlowski, with a strong background in food distribution and service, including leadership roles at Lipari Foods and TriMark USA, will be taking over with a comprehensive compensation package, including a $600,000 base salary, bonus plans, a $1 million long-term equity incentive, and additional executive benefits. His experience is expected to further strengthen the company’s leadership as Stephen J. Barnard continues as CEO.
