Mirvac Group Director’s Holdings Update

Mirvac Group (AU:MGR) has released an update.

Mirvac Group Director Alan Robert Harold Sindel has updated his holdings, acquiring 48,176 rights to acquire stapled securities with no direct changes to his existing direct and indirect share ownership. The rights were issued under the company’s Non-Executive Director Fee Sacrifice Rights Plan, with no securities disposed of in the process. Post-change, Sindel holds the same amount of indirect and direct stapled securities, with the addition of the newly acquired rights.
