Miquel y Costas and Miquel has acquired 20,000 of its own shares at a unit price of 12.55 euros, representing 0.05% of its share capital. This transaction is separate from their ongoing Share Buyback Program, which has a maximum acquisition target of 432,000 shares. The company plans to manage these shares according to its existing policies.
