MinRes Director Boosts Shareholding

Mineral Resources Limited (AU:MIN) has released an update.

Mineral Resources Limited Director Susan Corlett has increased her stake in the company, acquiring 529 ordinary shares as a part of the company’s remuneration arrangement, where directors receive half of their fees in MinRes shares. The shares were issued based on the Volume Weighted Average Price for the five days up to the end of June 2024, resulting in Corlett holding a total of 6,199 shares after the change.
