Minnova Corp. has enhanced its advisory board by appointing Jean-Pierre Colin, a seasoned investment banker with over 40 years of experience in finance, M&A, and hydrogen technology. This strategic move aims to bolster the company’s efforts in restarting the PL Gold Mine, developing the Flin Flon Clean Energy Hub, and advancing its global clean tech strategy. Additionally, Minnova has granted 1 million stock options to key personnel, including 200,000 to Mr. Colin, to incentivize the company’s growth and success.
