Minmetals Land Limited has announced the renewal of tenancy agreements for several of its subsidiaries with Texion on 12 July 2024. These transactions are connected as the subsidiaries are part of the same controlling shareholder group, China Minmetals, which holds a 61.88% interest in the company. While the agreements are subject to annual review and reporting, they are exempt from requiring shareholder approval.
