Minmetals Land Limited has announced a delay in the despatch of a circular detailing major and connected transactions involving supplemental agreements with two of its subsidiaries, Guangzhou Kuangmao and Shenzhen Kuangrun. The circular, which will provide shareholders with further particulars on the agreements for the provision of loans, is now set to be released by 25 July 2024, following a waiver for an extension of time granted by the Stock Exchange.
