Minmetals Land Limited has successfully passed a resolution regarding a financial services framework agreement during its Special General Meeting (SGM) held on 27 August 2024, with 100% approval from the voting independent shareholders. This agreement sets the annual caps for deposit services for a three-year period starting 20 April 2024. The controlling shareholder, June Glory International Limited, abstained from the vote in compliance with the Listing Rules.
