Minmetals Land Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Cheng Ka Hang as company secretary and his cessation as alternate to the authorised representatives, effective from 14 June 2024. He is succeeded by Mr. Yiu Yu Cheung, who boasts over 15 years of experience in various financial fields and has been with the Group since January 2014. The company expressed gratitude to Mr. Cheng for his service and welcomed Mr. Yiu to his new role.
