MINISO Group Holding Limited has reported no change in its total number of issued shares as of 17 July 2024, maintaining the count at 1,259,282,577. The company has also conducted a series of share repurchases for cancellation between 05 July and 17 July 2024 at varying prices, culminating in a total of 675,816 shares at an approximate cost of HKD 35 per share. These transactions were confirmed to be in compliance with all applicable regulations and listing rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
