Mining, Minerals & Metals plc, soon to be known as Georgina Energy plc, has announced the successful passing of all resolutions at their General Meeting, including a name change and the issuing of 83,678,396 new Ordinary Shares at 12.5p each. With the recent developments, the company is poised to strengthen its position in the helium and hydrogen markets through strategic onshore projects in Australia. Shareholders can anticipate the company’s expanded share capital of 90,088,396 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange following these changes.
