MingZhu Logistics Holdings LTD. has officially terminated its previously announced merger agreement with Oxylus Global Inc. as of September 10, 2024, without any termination fees or further obligations between the parties. The companies have agreed to consult each other before making any public announcements regarding the termination and ensure the agreement is binding only to themselves and their successors.
