MingZhu Logistics Holdings (YGMZ) has released an update.
MingZhu Logistics Holdings Ltd. has entered into a merger agreement with GIGA Carbon Neutrality Inc. and HOLDCO 36, which will result in GIGA Carbon Neutrality becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of MingZhu. The decision, seen as fair and in the best interest of both companies’ shareholders, involves a stock issuance from MingZhu to the shareholders of GIGA Carbon Neutrality. This strategic move is set to consolidate MingZhu’s position in the logistics sector and expand its operational footprint.
