MingZhu Logistics Holdings Limited announced the resignation of Zhuo Wang from its Board of Directors for personal reasons, with no company disagreements cited. Jingwei Zhang, the company’s Chief Financial Officer since April 2018, has been appointed to the Board, bringing his extensive financial experience from previous roles to the position.
