Mingteng International Completes Successful IPO

Mingteng International Corp., Inc. (MTEN) has released an update.

Mingteng International Corporation Inc., a Chinese automotive mold developer and supplier, has successfully completed its initial public offering (IPO) with underwriters fully exercising their over-allotment option, raising a total of approximately $4.83 million. The company, which recently began trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker ‘MTEN’, plans to use the proceeds to expand production, enhance R&D in the automotive mold industry, and increase its working capital. Mingteng International specializes in molds for various auto parts, including new energy vehicle components.
