Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. has appointed Alexander M. Gold, M.D. to its Board of Directors, where he will also serve on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Dr. Gold brings a wealth of experience from his tenure in the pharmaceutical industry, including leadership roles at Beren Therapeutics and AstraZeneca. He will hold the position of a Class I director until the 2027 annual stockholders’ meeting and has been granted stock options as part of his compensation. Concurrently, the Board has seen the resignation of Olivier Litzka, Ph.D., leading to a reduction in the Board’s size to seven members.
