Mineral Commodities Ltd (MRC) has requested an extension of their voluntary suspension from the ASX, as they navigate ongoing funding discussions and manage the ‘business rescue’ status of Mineral Sands Resources Pty Ltd, in which they hold a 50% stake. The trading halt is to persist until either a conclusive announcement is made or until trading resumes on September 9, 2024. This suspension aims to maintain market integrity during the company’s critical financial negotiations.
