MIND CTI, a leading telecom solutions provider, has maintained stable revenues of $5.3 million in Q2 2024, consistent with Q2 2023, and reports a net income of $1.1 million, equivalent to $0.06 per share. CEO Monica Iancu is set to transition to Chairperson by the year’s end, with Ariel Glassner appointed as the new CEO, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience. The company’s cash position remains robust at $14.6 million, and a dividend of $0.24 per share was distributed in April 2024.
