Minco Capital Shareholders Approve All Resolutions

Minco Gold (TSE:MMM) has released an update.

Minco Capital Corp. successfully passed all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting, with unanimous approval for director appointments and a 99.91% vote to set the board size to three directors. Shareholders also showed strong support for their corporate actions, including reappointing the company’s auditors and transacting other business. The company continues its focus on quality investment opportunities and holds a significant stake in Minco Silver Corporation.
