Minbos Resources Limited (AU:MNB) has released an update.
Minbos Resources Limited has entered a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with South African-based Foskor Pty Ltd to assess the commercial viability of Minbos’ phosphate rock through bulk sample testing and trials. Successful trials may lead to an offtake agreement, coinciding with the on-schedule construction of the Porto do Caio deepwater port, expected to boost Minbos’ export capabilities by 2026. The collaboration potentially enhances Minbos’ expansion plans, leveraging Foskor’s existing fertilizer plant operations.
