Minaurum Gold Inc. is set to raise up to C$6.0 million through a private placement of 24,000,000 units at C$0.25 each, with an option for an additional C$1.0 million in units, to fund its Alamos Silver project and other corporate activities. The units, sold in select Canadian provinces, will be immediately tradeable and the offering is expected to close by May 2, 2024. Proceeds are aimed at resource assessment, exploration drilling, and general corporate purposes.
