Min Xin Holdings Limited has announced the formation of a new partnership, involving significant capital commitments from various partners including Zijin Equity Investment and Fujian Haixia Human. The partnership, named Zijin Mining Chantou Haixia Qihang (Fuzhou) Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), is considered a connected transaction under the Listing Rules due to the association with the company’s controlling shareholder, FIDG.
