Milton Capital PLC has reported a series of significant corporate changes including the release of its audited accounts for the year ended 31 January 2024, a reshuffle in leadership roles, and a new company strategy focusing on the energy sector. Malcolm Burne, a director since the company’s IPO, has resigned, while Richard Mays has been appointed as the Executive Chairman. Additionally, the company has set a new direction under new leadership, actively seeking opportunities in the transitional energy space and working with experienced consultants and advisors to identify suitable acquisitions.
