MillerKnoll Expands Board with Three New Appointments

The latest announcement is out from MillerKnoll, Inc. (MLKN).

MillerKnoll, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors with the appointments of John Maeda, Tina Edmundson, and Jeanne Gang, effective July 24, 2024. Maeda brings his experience from Microsoft’s AI Platform, Edmundson from Marriott International’s luxury division, and Gang from her architecture and urban design practice. The addition of these three members increases the Board’s size to twelve. The new directors will receive standard compensation for non-employee directors, and they have not been assigned to any committees or have any material interests that require disclosure.
