Millennial Potash Corp. successfully completed the first segment of its private placement, raising $1,481,000 by selling over 5.9 million units at $0.25 each. These funds are earmarked for the exploration and development of the Banio Potash Project and for general corporate purposes. The offering also included share purchase warrants, with the common shares being subject to a four-month hold period.
