Millbank Mining Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $500,000 through the sale of 10 million units at $0.05 each, with units comprising a common share and a purchase warrant. The offer includes a LIFE Offering for freely tradeable equity without a holding period, targeting investors in Canada, excluding Quebec. Funds raised will support general corporate and working capital needs, pending necessary approvals, including from the TSX Venture Exchange.
