During the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, the company’s shareholders elected new directors and approved PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the auditor for the next year. The elected directors include Joseph Oliveto, Lisa M. Giles, and others, with significant support, while Robert J. Wills had a notable number of votes withheld. Post-meeting, committee reassignments were made, including Stuart M. Duty joining the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
