Mighty Kingdom Limited has announced a change in the holdings of director Christopher Paul Whiteman, where he disposed of 10,000 Convertible Notes, which converted to fully paid ordinary shares at $0.01 each, leaving him with 15 million ordinary shares and 10 million unlisted options. The transaction, classified as a redemption of Convertible Notes, was valued at $1,000.
