Mighty Kingdom Limited has disclosed a change in the interests of director Christopher Paul Whiteman, who acquired 15 million ordinary shares at $0.003 each and 10 million options with no consideration as an equity incentive. Whiteman’s total holdings now include these new acquisitions along with 10,000 convertible notes. No securities were disposed of in this transaction.
