Mighty Craft Limited has entered into voluntary administration, with Liam Healey and Quentin Olde from Ankura appointed to oversee the process. The decision comes after a failed merger and capital raise attempt with Better Beer Holdings, with the aim now to assess the best outcome for stakeholders. Throughout the administration period, the company’s operations will continue, and trading of the company’s shares on the ASX will be suspended.
