Midway Limited is moving forward with a proposed acquisition by RCM BidCo Pty Ltd through a scheme of arrangement. Shareholders have been provided with the Scheme Booklet and instructions for the upcoming Scheme Meeting on January 30, 2025. This acquisition is part of Midway’s continued growth as a leading woodfibre processor and exporter in Australia.
