Midland Holdings Limited (HK:1200) has released an update.

Midland Holdings Limited has announced that its special general meeting held on August 16, 2024, resulted in the successful passing of a resolution by independent shareholders. The resolution, which received overwhelming support with over 90% votes in favor, relates to the approval and ratification of revised maximum annual referral fees and authorizes Directors to execute necessary documents in connection with the Cross Referral Services Framework Agreement for the years ending December 2026.
