Midas Minerals Ltd has announced a change in its Director Sara Kelly’s interest, with an acquisition of 143,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.07 each, increasing her indirect stake through TYF Holdings Pty Ltd to 1,290,059 shares. This change, which took place as part of a shareholder-approved placement at the Annual General Meeting on May 21, 2024, did not involve any disposal of securities.
