Midas Minerals Ltd has reported a change in director Michael Hood Wilson’s interest in the company, which involved an off-market transfer of 500,000 fully paid ordinary shares between his holdings in Vallation Pty Ltd and Vallation International Pte Ltd, leaving a total of 1,004,159 ordinary shares post-transaction. The change, which occurred on June 27, 2024, was for personal reasons and did not involve any monetary consideration.
