MicroCloud Hologram Inc. has announced the successful authorization and planned issuance of up to $28 million in convertible notes and the associated shares, as detailed in their Registration Statement and Prospectus Supplement filed with the SEC. Legal counsel has verified the company’s good standing and the validity of the shares to be issued under Cayman Islands law. The shares, once issued and paid for, will be duly authorized, fully paid, and non-assessable.
