MicroAlgo Launches $20M Convertible Notes Offering

MicroAlgo (MLGO) has released an update.

MicroAlgo Inc., a technology firm based in China, has announced the offering of up to $20 million in unsecured convertible promissory notes, due in 2025, through a Form F-3 registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. These notes can be converted into ordinary shares of the company, as detailed in the prospectus supplement and related agreements. The legal opinion provided by Cayman Islands counsel is included in the company’s current report, which will be incorporated into the registration statement and the prospectus supplement.
