Micro-X Limited has announced the issuance of 269,610 new fully paid ordinary shares under the ASX security code MX1, with the issue date set for June 28, 2024. These shares are being issued as part of a compensation package for Non-Executive Directors, who will receive shares instead of cash payment for their services. The move, subject to shareholder approval, aims to align the interests of the directors with those of the shareholders.
